Basically, you just want to give them a little tap to release some of the pollen and help pollinate the other blooms. I 'flick' my blooms pretty much daily because I'm always out in the garden.
Last season, I had tomatoes growing like crazy. I picked 80 cherry tomatoes in one day from about 6 different plants. Crazy, I know.
