slow

i wasn't made to live a busy life. i know this without a doubt. when things get busy, i shut down. it has always been like that. i like things slow and easy. i don't like to hurry through my day. i like to breathe slow. gaze intensely at things. take pictures of morning frost on bare tree branches.

this is me and i wouldn't have it any other way.

so it's delightful that i married a man who is just like me. a man who moved me to texas to live a slower life. i would have followed him anywhere actually. but texas it is.

so wednesday was a rough day. but thursday, i have high hopes for you. i'll keep you posted.
