you know how every thanksgiving and every christmas we all enjoy a nice piece of pumpkin pie? you know how i put your piece on a plate with a fork on the side? you know how you always refuse the fork and insist on picking up the pie and eating it with your hands? well...i served the e's their first piece of pumpkin pie for the season. i placed two pieces on two plates and put a fork on the side of each. then, i called the e's to their little red table in our breakfast nook. they came running. then, they did this...
