Vacant

The E's and I (you know, Eli and Emma) were outside today checking to see if our nest was still vacant. Vacant it is, but not for long. We sat in the grass and observed a few birds checking out our goods. It's a nice, cozy, fluffy and warm nest. All it needs is a visitor to make it their own.

I removed some string from our square foot garden boxes that needed to be replaced and hung it in our tree for a little bird to add to their spring nest.

Just waiting for the right feathered friend to choose our tree.
