A Girls Room

Emma moved into Eli's room when she was born. Eli got a new room, a train room, leaving his bug themed nursery behind. In an effort to 'girl' up Miss Emma's room, I removed the boy bugs I painted and hung (really, I'm educated, but is it hanged? That just doesn't sound right) inside his giant magnifying glass and replaced them with the sweetest red ladybugs. Looks like I painted them doesn't it? Nope, they are vinyl stickers and I bought them from THIS Etsy shop.

The Etsy seller also included a practice sticker to use prior to applying my order. To my surprise, it was the sweetest little bird that I perched above the artwork in our breakfast nook. I look at the bird daily and I'm reminded of the following verse from Gods word...
"Therefore I tell you, do not worry about your life, what you will eat or drink,
or about your body, what you will wear. Is not life more important than food,
and the body more important than clothes?
Look at the birds of the air; they do not sow or reap or store away in barns,
and yet your heavenly Father feeds them.
Are you not much more valuable than they?
Who of you by worrying can add a single hour to his life?"
Matthew 6:25-27

I think everyone should have a little perching bird in their home
