closing time

this summer was like no other, for many different reasons. it's closing time. although i throughly enjoyed the past few months, the dog days of summer, the giggles, the glory of the garden...it's time to move on.

the garden beds will soon be bare of summer bounty. i will fill them with fall delights. i'm excited to sit in the garden wearing a scarf and hoodie. laying in the dormant grass finding objects in the clouds.

it's closing time. every new beginning comes from some other beginnings end.
