the way i feel completely comfortable within the walls
the way every inch of this house is used and loved
the way it is personalized and imperfect
the way i feel opening the front door after a long week away
the pops of color that make living in this house a delight
the garden that makes me dream of each season to come
i love our home like you wouldn't believe. not because of any fancy materials or upgrades. but because it is where my family rests and laughs and cries and plays and loves.
even if i don't do a single thing today. at least i am home.
