Not sure what it was that kept me from blogging. But, I'm back. Garden stories galore. Harvesting like crazy. Enjoying the heat of late spring. Anticipating the sweat of summer.
The snap peas are plump and begging for a stir fry. The yellow squash is wanting to join them. The tomatoes are green and smiling. The sunflowers are blooming and reaching towards the clouds. We have found ourselves in the garden every night. We lose track of time. We've been eaten by mosquitos. This season has caused me to lay a blanket in the grass, turn my ipod up, kick my shoes off and stare at the clouds. It's a glorious time. Join me.
