My Saturday went a little like this. Awake at 7:00 or so. Up and dressed by 9:00. At my sister-in-law's house by 9:20 where I stayed until about 6:30 p.m. because her home was in
desperate need of some curb appeal. We planted knockout rose bushes, moved shrubs, put
petunias in the soil and some random
perennials. I know, I know, I shouldn't be doing stuff like this at 39 weeks pregnant (39 WEEKS PREGNANT, I STILL CAN'T BELIEVE THAT), but, her home really needed it! I came home, gave Eli a bath and vegged on the couch, even dozing off a bit while Eli and I cuddled, until I finally put him to bed at 9:20. I was in bed by 10 and asleep by 10:20. But, wide awake at 1:00 a.m. with nothing on television so I decided to do the following and finished doing the following by 4:13 a.m.
Washed dishes (although I'm yet to put the dishes away) even though David is on dish duty for the remainder of my pregnancy. What a sweet wife I am!
I mopped our kitchen, guest bathroom and entry floors
Did a little redecorating by finally putting out these new candle holders
Cleaned our guest bathroom

Although I loved, loved, loved spending the day outside gardening with my sister-in-law, it made me VERY nervous to be away from our home for the entire day knowing it's not up to my "okay, I'm in labor, the house is clean so we may leave for the hospital now" standards. Now I feel much better. If only I could fall asleep now. Toddles, I'm (hopefully) off to dreamland now at 4:36 a.m.
