Hotel California

We're here in Texas, but for the past couple of weeks we've been dreaming of
Hotel California!(Landing in Dallas. I cried.)

Eli and I visited California the end of March. To all my California friends whom I didn't call to let them know I was in town, I'm sorry. We flew in to see my dear Grandma because she wasn't in good health, but, a week before our trip...she passed away. So, we spent the week with my parents just relaxing, eating In & Out and taking Eli to the park. I wish we stayed longer. A week or so longer.

I would be on a plane already headed back to my California vacation home right now, but, I'm 30 weeks pregnant and that's cutting it close for traveling that far. So, we're still here in Texas, gardening as usual and being productive, but still missing Grandma & Papa (a.k.a. Grandpa). Good news though! I have some close connections in California, I gave them a call and requested a plane ticket be purchased for my mom so she can come see us! Too bad my California connections aren't able to send my dad too!

Just give me three months or so post childbirth and we'll be back on a plane headed for you know where!
