Have you ever heard of a pushing present?
I have.
It's a present given to the dear mother who just pushed out a baby from her body
(sorry to be so graphic, but it's the truth)
Well, I want a pushing present
Will you tell David for me?

I'm a simple gal.
Do I want diamonds? No!
Do I want pearls? No!
What do I want? A new camera. I don't think it's too much to ask for.
So, will you tell David for me?

I want a camera like my friend Christine.
What kind of camera do you have Christine?

Hey Melissa! You so deserve a camera for your pushing present. Seriously! It has changed my life. It is so much fun! I got the Nikon D40 (6 mega). I went back and forth about what to decide on...a Nikon or a Canon but in the end I just liked the feel of the Nikon better. If you buy the camera through Inkley's you get free photo classes. I know Nikon just came out with a new Nikon D60 recently. I don't know anything about it. If you are going to do this I would do it soon so you can capture that sweet little baby during the first few weeks when you can prop them and twist them into all sorts of cute positions for photos (no pressure David). Also, check out dpreview.com for unbiased info. It's crazy to think that I spent a lot of time trying to talk Steve out of investing in this nice camera for me. What was I thinking?
Thanks Christine! I'll let you know if I end up talking David into the camera. It's such an important investment. I LOVE all your photos!!!!!!!
