Halloween

This is what went down at the Butler Home for Halloween (in no particular order):Octo-Eli played at the playground...
Octo-Eli ran in the playground...
We ate way too much candy corn...
Actually, Mr. E is not suppose to have what's in the candy dish...he got into it when I wasn't looking...
We checked Grandpa's countdown calendar quite often to make sure it was truly Halloween...
David and I attempted to take a picture of ourselves...
Then someone offered to take our picture...it turned out much better...
Mr. E tried on some cat ears...
We (I mean I) carved a pumpkin. Yes, Mr. E would have enjoyed carving it with me but I didn't let him participate for the following reasons:
1) I wanted to do it myself, carving is so much fun
2) I didn't want him to use a knife
3) It was messy enough as it is...I didn't want more of a mess to clean up
4) He was busy watching Firebird (yes Mom and Dad, we STILL watch Firebird practically every day!)

Hope everyone had a great Halloween...until next year!
