Meet our furry friends

This is Brodie. He's a Golden Retriever, has red hair, enjoys rolling in the grass and watching me garden through the pickets on my garden fence. This is Shelby. She's a Black Lab/Rottweiler mix, likes to jump on me, bark at our scarecrow and watch me garden through the pickets on our garden fence.
They are cute, they are fuzzy, they don't run away when we leave the gate open and they are a sweet addition to our family.
Here's some history on their names:
Brodie: we adopted him when he was 1 year old. He came with the name Bobo. We couldn't stand that name so we found a cool new name for him that also started with a "B." He loves it new name.
Shelby: she joined our family when she was a puppy. She was nameless for a while until we saw a program on T.V. about the Shelby Mustang. Mr. D looked at me, I looked at him...and he said, "what about Shelby." That was it, Shelby became her name.
