my parents will arrive soon. i am thrilled! they will be with us for a few weeks, then the children and i will hitch a ride home to california. did i mentioned i am thrilled? david will fly out and join us. we plan to do every touristy california thing us natives can handle. disneyland, beach, mountains, good food, good shopping, friends, evening walks, mountain view swimming, you name it, we'll do it.
and that will be our summer vacation and it couldn't be more perfect.
