Things that make me smile

Here are some random things that make me smile:

1) Announcing the winners of my December give-away...

Christine of Party of Four won the orange blossom earrings. This was random and a little weird because she commented how much she loved the earrings. 

Cara of Living the Yeh Life won the blossom bracelet. Again, random and perfect. Cara is so sweet just like the bracelet, a perfect fit!

Vickie of 3 Sisters won the cranberry earrings. I think the earrings will look beautiful with the cute holiday wardrobe I know she has!

The following things also make me happy...

2) Receiving snail mail. I do like receiving emails, but there's just something about snail mail

3) Buying a new cardigan. I so need one, kind of. I mean, I so want one. 

4) Serving leftovers because it means I did all the work the previous day and I can spend my early evening building castles, reading children's books and cuddling with the kids while we watch THIS youtube video over and over and over and over and over again.

5) Tiding up the house, yes, I'm crazy and I do like cleaning.

6) Dreaming of my spring garden. I'm thinking a grip of tomatoes, some zucchini and herbs galore.

7) Thoughts of my parents knocking on our front door this week. Oh, I can't wait.

8) Little birds. I am so in love with vintage birds right now.
