Little Girl in the City

The cold is coming! The cold is coming!
The other day I started preparing for the winter season by taking a look into Eli and Emma's closets to survey their winter clothes. I didn't find much, this is the warmest outfit I could find of Emma's. So, this week I'm headed out to buy a few warm pajamas for my beauties along with some warm and fuzzy seprates. By the way, what is up with Emma's red hair? I carried her in my womb, I birthed her, I get up with her in the middle of the night, I feed her 1,000 times a day, I bathe her, I change 400 diapers daily...and she doesn't look a bit like me. For goodness sakes, please, at least grow some dark hair.

On another note, are you up for another blog give-away this week? I am. If you're interested check back this Friday to see what's up for giving.

Whether or not she looks like you, she is just such a cutie pie in this picture and the spitting image of her dad! I wouldn't call her hair "red" necessarily---it looks light and sandyish similar to your husband's but much lighter and I'm sure it will darken with time too. I thinks it's adorable that you and Eli are twins and Emma and David are twins. I feel kind of similar in the Derek looks more like me and Sarah looks like my husband but it's not AS evident as it is with your 2 kids.
